Packaging could be improved. Ok quality but feels cheap and flimsy, suit the price I guess. very quiet fans and the speed is adjustable (not that usefull since the fan already very quiet and slow at the highest settings), it draw air upwards. Fits my 16″ laptop well. Thanks

The weight feels lowkey light and decent portable, and I don’t know why the temperature of the winds of the fans feel cool which is great for cooling, the fans speed is lowkey decent fast and doesn’t have any noticeable noise which is good, and I don’t recommend to connect the usb to your laptop since it will use the power of the laptop which can effect the laptop performance for a little little bit, instead, you can connect the usb to a charger or anything like that, if you want to have a extra usb port for your laptop I will recommend a usb port hub which will have more that 1 extra usb port for your laptop, 9.5/10

just assembled the device. I wish the cable longer … prefer to plug to external source not laptop. temp high stabilised… a drop of less than 20 deg c. will follow up after sometime. hope the heat can be dissipate After a few days, the fans are too weak. for cooling, I need bigger and stronger ones

The cooler is not bad, helped reduce my laptop temperature from 90°C+ to around 88°C however, the box packaging was slightly damaged. and the product itself was vulnerable to knocking impact because there was no bubble wrapping or softening material it could have been damaged or maybe it it but idk. so far ok

received my ordered item in the most simplest packing without any extra protection on the item I ordered. total amount ordered for this item is RM27.93 (after deducted with LazCoins and vouchers). tested acceptable, the wind not strong as per described. hope it can be long lasting.
